I’ve used JM Bullion a few times now, and overall it’s been easy to shop on. I always like to feel confident that I’m clicking the right thing and getting the right info, and for the most part the site makes that straightforward. Products are easy to find, the filters work well, and checkout doesn’t take long.

I also appreciate that the prices and stock are shown clearly, because I really don’t like having to guess or dig around when I’m ready to buy. The order pages are laid out in a way that makes sense, which is reassuring when you’re spending money and want to make sure everything looks right.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the site can feel a little busy sometimes, especially on mobile. It’s not a huge deal, and I still feel comfortable using it, but I think it could be a bit smoother and more calming to navigate.

I’ve checked JM Bullion several times because they do carry products I’m interested in, but most of the specific items I wanted were out of stock. A few listings even seemed like they might be available at first, but after clicking through, it turned out they weren’t, which was a bit frustrating.

I just didn’t feel like their insurance setup gave me much peace of mind. It wasn’t like it did nothing, but it also didn’t make me feel protected when I really needed it to.

Returning my order was a whole hassle. Way more than it needed to be. The refund updates barely came through, so I kept having to check in myself. Just annoying. I don’t think I’ll order from them again

My order showed up quickly, and overall the coins looked good. Umm, one of the capsules had a small scuff on it, but the coin itself seemed totally fine. Packaging was sturdy too. I’m just taking off one star for that little mark.

The quote changed, emails took forever to get answered, and I didn’t really feel like anyone explained what was going on. Payment also took longer than I expected. I don’t think I’d do a buyback with JM Bullion again.

I checked out jmbullion.com hoping to grab a few different coins and bars, the selection felt kind of underwhelming. I’m totally calm about it, of course, but a lot of the stuff I was actually looking for was either out of stock or just not listed at all. For a big bullion site, I expected a bit more variety. Not the end of the world, just a little disappointing.

My package ended up arriving much later than expected again. I get that delays can happen sometimes and it’s not always anyone’s fault, but when it keeps happening, it gets frustrating. I just wish the delivery timing was more reliable or that there was better communication about the delay.
